Located on the shores of Okanagan Lake, this home offers some of the best unobstructed lake views in the area. The community of Peachland is unique in that there are no houses allowed on the lake side of Beach Ave, so all “lakefront” homes are actually located across the street from the water. This ensures that almost the entire 11km stretch of beach remains available for everyone to use.
On a nice day you can expect locals and visitors alike to be walking, running, biking and enjoying the shores of Peachland to the fullest.

Summer Rentals
During the Summer months (May - September), the Peachland Beach House is rented weekly as a 4 bedroom home that can sleep up to 10 guests.
Off-Season Rentals
During the off-season (October-April), the house is rented long-term as as 2 separate suites. The upper suite can each accommodate up to 6 guests and the lower suite is ideal for up to 4 people.

Take in the fabulous views of Okanagan Lake which can be enjoyed from the spacious covered patio with outdoor kitchen and from the lakefront pool deck. The Peachland Beach House includes air-conditioning and whole house water filtration to make your stay more comfortable. Peachland is located within minutes of Kelowna and only a short drive from Summerland, Penticton, Naramata and is near the ski resorts of Apex Mountain and Big White. Washer/dryer, wi-fi, and TV are included. The home rents as a 4 bedroom property during the Summer months and is available as either the full house or two individual suites from November 1 to April 30. Please note the pool is only available during the Summer.
