Centrally-located, our Peachland lakeside home is on almost half an acre on the shores of beautiful Okanagan Lake. Peachland is in the center of the Okanagan wine country, between Kelowna to the north and Penticton to the south. In the winter, there is nearby skiing at Apex Mountain and Big White.

Our home is a short walk to the cafes, bakeries, restaurants, boutique shops, and community park of the Peachland waterfront. There is also a nearby boat launch, and Swim Bay, a designated recreational area in the lake with seasonal lifeguards.

A maximum of 12 people can stay in the house. The house can be split into an upstairs and downstairs suite, each accommodating up to a maximum of six people.

No pets are allowed on the property.

No weddings or events are allowed on property.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking . The balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. Booking fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred and used for a future booking up until 45 days prior.

$2500 will be held on your credit card as a damage deposit.

No, as the house is fully-furnished and includes all everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

Professional cleaners will come after your stay. It would be greatly appreciated if you could start the dishwasher and washing machine when you check out, and take out any garbage to the waste bins.
